The MORE Women’s Conference is a one-day event inspired by Ephesians 3:20, designed to uplift and empower women in their faith journey. It seeks not only to encourage but also to equip women with practical, everyday strategies to find joy in difficult seasons, break through limitations, and embrace the abundant life Christ offers, regardless of their circumstances.

The conference is a campus experience and will take place across multiple nearby buildings on Olivet’s beautiful campus, with the conference sessions, lunch, and shopping in separate nearby buildings on campus. The buildings are all concentrated in one area and within easy walking distance. We will be providing golf cart transportation between buildings to accommodate our guests with mobility challenges.

This is an all-day event so we want you to be comfy - perhaps not PJs comfy, but no need to get fancy for us! We do, however, respectfully request that our guests dress appropriately and not wear clothing with offensive wording.
Also, make sure you dress for the weather! Attendees will move to nearby buildings during the 90-minute lunch break for lunch, shopping and, yes friends…there is a Starbucks on campus. 🤩
Comfortable shoes are recommended for light walking during lunchtime.

Parking is FREE and available in several parking lots on campus that have been designated for the conference:
Chapel West Parking Lot; Chapel East Parking Lot; and Weber Parking Lot. There will also be overflow parking in the North Parking Lot.
A complimentary ONU shuttle bus service will be provided between the Weber and North Lots and Centennial Chapel only between the hours of 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Golf cart shuttle transportation will be available for shuttle service after the conference. Please note this when considering parking in the North Lot.

Yes, there will be a complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby to enjoy during registration between the hours of 7:30 am and 9:30 am. There is also a Starbucks in the Ludwig Center, in the same building where the cafeteria is located. Complimentary water will be available during conference hours until supplies run out.
Please enjoy your coffee and non-water beverages in the lobby – ONU policy strictly prohibits food and beverages inside the auditorium, except for water bottles with caps or lids (personal water bottles are permitted).

ONU policy strictly prohibits food and beverages inside the auditorium, except for water bottles with caps or lids.
Non-water beverages can be enjoyed in the lobby but must be disposed of prior to admission into the auditorium. Water bottles with caps are allowed. Guests may also bring personal water bottles as long as they have a twist on lid or cap (straw is okay).

Building doors and registration opens at 7:30 am. The auditorium doors open at 7:30 am for VIP ticket holders, and at 8:15 am for General Admission.

There are not assigned seats. There will be a section reserved for VIP seating, but there is open seating within that area for VIP ticket holders. The rest of the chapel is General Admission open seating with the exception of an ASL Interpreter/Hearing Impaired section.
Ticketing and Check-in

If you purchased your tickets individually online, you received an email confirmation with your ticket from Olivet Nazarene University (emails@brushfire.com) at the time of your purchase (check spam). Inside the email confirmation is a blue “view ticket” box to click on.
For multiple or group tickets purchased in a single transaction, the individual who made the multiple or group ticket purchase received the confirmation email from Olivet Nazarene University (emails@brushfire.com) at the time of the purchase (check spam folder). Inside the email confirmation is a blue “view ticket” box. Clicking on this box will open all the individual tickets for the group. You can click on each individual ticket and either screen shot it and text it, or you can click the “Share Ticket” box on the bottom of each individual ticket forward it via email.
Lunch tickets will be provided at registration. If names were provided on lunch tickets, they will be given at registration. If a bulk lunch ticket was ordered without names, lunch tickets for the group will be given to the purchaser who will need to disperse the tickets to their group.

Tickets will need to be scanned upon entrance to the building.
Upon entrance to the lobby, guests will proceed to the registration tables to pick up their swag bag, entry bracelet and lunch ticket(s), if applicable. The entry bracelet will be your ticket into the auditorium and other conference buildings throughout the day so please wear it all day (or keep it on hand). These cannot be replaced if lost.

Upon entrance, please advise the ticket scanner that your tickets are at WILL CALL. You will be directed to the WILL CALL table which will be located at the main East entrance. This is the WILL CALL for General Admission Only. VIP ticket holders have a separate WILL CALL table which is located at the VIP entrance at the West chapel entrance.

We are so sorry you will miss the conference! Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable, so you may give your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.

Yes! VIP guests will have a separate entrance into the building on the West side of Hawkins Centennial Chapel. Please see the campus map. There will also be signage outside. The VIP registration table and VIP WILL CALL will be located at this entrance. Look for signage or ask a volunteer for directions. Auditorium doors at 7:30 am for VIP ticket holders.
VIP guests will receive their exclusive VIP gift, swag bag, entry bracelet, lunch ticket (if applicable) and VIP lanyard. The entry bracelet will be your ticket into the auditorium and other conference buildings throughout the day so please wear it all day (or keep it on hand). These cannot be replaced if lost. The VIP lanyard will grant access to the VIP reserved seating. Guests will not be granted access to these areas without their lanyard.

No…and yes. It depends. There will be a 220-seat VIP section blocked off and reserved front and center in the auditorium. It’s recommended that our VIP ticket holders who want seats in the first few rows of this section arrive nice and early. However, all seats in the VIP area are the best in the house, so even our VIP guests who get stuck in the coffee line will be guaranteed a great seat in the VIP section!

Wheelchair Accessibility: The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including ramps and designated seating areas.
Accessible Restrooms: Accessible restroom facilities are available throughout the event space.
Seating Options: Reserved seating will be provided for those who need special accommodations, including seating for wheelchairs and for those requiring ASL interpretation. There will be a wheelchair seating accommodation in the VIP area for VIP ticket holders, and a separate section for general admission.
ASL Interpretation: ASL interpretation services will be provided during all conference sessions. There will be a designated seating area for the best view of the interpreters, video screens, and the stage.
Transportation Assistance: Shuttle services are provided for the Weber and North Parking Lots. There will also be golf cart transportation to accommodate individuals with mobility issues to the different buildings during lunch.
Lunch Information

There is a 90-minute total lunch break from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. This allows plenty of time to eat and shop at our Blooming Boutique located in the Weber Center.

The conference is a campus experience! Lunch is located in two separate buildings on campus near the Centennial Chapel – Ludwig Center (cafeteria pass) and Chalfant Hall (box lunches).
There is also a pop-up boutique shopping experience (Blooming Boutique) in the Weber Center exclusively for our conference attendees to enjoy during lunchtime.

There is a campus map in your program. All buildings are very close to one another and within a short walking distance from Centennial Chapel which is a lovely way to get some fresh air and enjoy ONU’s beautiful campus.

Yes! We will have golf cart shuttles available during the 90-min lunch break specifically to accommodate our guests (and guests with them) who may have difficulty walking to/from the lunch and shopping buildings. The shuttle stand will be located at the West chapel entrance/exit.

Attendees who purchased lunch tickets will receive their lunch ticket upon check-in at the conference. This lunch ticket will have the type of lunch (cafeteria or box lunch) and the time slot they selected when they purchased their ticket.

Box Lunches are located in Chalfant Hall and Cafeteria is located in Ludwig Center.
A campus map and information will be available in the event program provided the day of the conference.

Attendees will be permitted access to the Cafeteria and Chalfant Hall (box lunches) only during the time period printed on their ticket which was selected when they purchased their ticket. This allows us to make sure all of our lunch ticket holders have a place to sit and enjoy their meal.

Lunch tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different meal option or time slot.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost lunch tickets. There is a Starbucks on campus that may have sandwiches, and there are many restaurants in the area that are close to ONU. See below for restaurant suggestions.

No. Lunch tickets sold out prior to the event and will not be for sale the day of the event.

Guests are welcome to bring their own lunch; however, there will not be any indoor seating areas available to those who brought their own lunch. Guests may not eat in the lobby of the chapel or any campus buildings. However, there are many outdoor areas and benches around the campus to enjoy your lunch outside if the weather permits. Bring a blanket and have a picnic! Food is not permitted in the Centennial Chapel auditorium or lobby.

Only water bottles with a cap or personal water bottles with a lid are permitted in the auditorium. ONU policy strictly prohibits food and beverages except water are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. However, water bottles and personal water bottles with a cap or lid are permitted.

Certainly! There are several restaurants near Olivet Nazarene University in Bradley and Bourbonnais. Just be sure to be back by the time our afternoon session starts at 1:00 pm!
